Requirements : a. At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in all elements of the Avaya Platform and related telephony systems Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Call Management System (CMS), Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES) & LAN/WAN infrastructure. b. At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in all elements related to Interactive Response System (IVR) and Orchestration Designer (OD) including VoiceXML (VXML) application programming. c. Experience Portal (EP) including, but not limited to, Proactive Outreach (POM). d. Experience leading meetings with diverse parties: executives, architects, analysts, developers. e. At least three (3) years of design and development experience pertaining to distributed application development. f. Experience and in-depth knowledge of integrating disparate systems including, but not limited to, the following technologies: Java, NET, C, Natural/Adabas, screen-scraping, Tomcat, IIS, JBoss, EntireX, PowerBuilder, Solaris, RedHat, and SQL Server. g. Three (3) years of experience working in enterprise application integration (EAI), implementing file-based integration solutions that require significant data transformation. h. Three (3) years of experience implementing enterprise service buses. i. At least three (3) years experience with J2EE standards and technologies such as EJB, JDBC, JNDI, JMS, Servlets, and JSP. j. Experience with information technology project planning management. k. Experience making formal and informational presentations to various levels of project stakeholders (sponsors, and project teams) and leading structured discussions sessions and knowledge transfer activities. This includes the development of visual presentations and handouts used as part of the oral presentation. l. Experience building or implementing adapters to bind to source systems implemented in Natural. m. Experience with data storage, modeling and analytics. • Provide CSC a summary of benefits and deficiencies of implementing the proposed CROS solution within the BOE CSC Avaya Telephony System. If any deficiencies are observed, the ACSA will need to provide alternative solutions (if any) to remedy the deficiency. • Perform a gap analysis of the CROS proposed solution versus the BOE Call Centers existing infrastructure identified in the System inventory. The report must have assessed the operational, technological and integration capacity of the existing system and all of its components and configuration and make specific recommendations on how the existing system will integrate within CROS. • Detailed report to include, but not limited to, the following: • List of deficiencies that are required to be corrected prior to implementation of CROS solution • Solutions to reach infrastructure gap identified including part names, part number and approximate retail cost • If additional professional services are recommended to fill a gap (not detailed in the proposed CROS solution), a SOW detailing the services required to be accomplished prior to implementing the CROS solution shall be provided for each component. • Ensure State security vulnerability assessment requirements are met for the implementation of CROS. • Provide a summary of the proposed solution that includes findings, recommendations, feasibility, trace and assurance that   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
