Client: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS

Description:

JIS is seeking two (2) application system programs support resources to maintain and support
end users associated with the Odyssey File & Serve (OFS) application, the Attorney Information
Systems (AIS), and any other attorney related databases.

Expertise/Skills Requirements
The Offeror shall propose a candidate that has the ability (with reasonable accommodation) to
transport themselves to designated locations throughout the state.
The Offeror shall propose a candidate that has the ability (with reasonable accommodation) to
lift personal computers, printers, scanners and other equipment associated with a standard
computer workstation.
The Offeror shall propose a candidate with hands-on (mid-expert level) experience with:
2.3.1 Familiar with WEB based Application Program Systems and MS Office Suites systems.
2.3.2 Experience interpreting user requirements, needs and issues.
2.3.3 Experience responding to and resolving user requirement, needs, issues and questions.
2.3.4 Experience providing problem analysis and coordinating ongoing user support.
2.3.5 Experience documenting the necessary problem solving techniques.
2.3.6 Experience testing fixes per users issues and vendor analysis
2.3.7 Experience with Case Management applications processing and procedures or integrated
applications system maintenance.
2.3.8 Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with peers, end users, and vendor development staff, as well
as all levels of management and judicial personnel as necessary
