Propose new processes or adaptation of existing processes to close the gap. Document all processes and manage all documentation in central location. Propose, define, optimize and document overall project management to handle multiple projects, releases and V-cycles simultaneously. Identify, propose, define and document best practices according to Lean and Six-Sigma principles. Required experiences and skills Experiences with automotive control software development either in an OEM or Tier-one supplier role. Good knowledge and experiences with Automotive SPICE and CMMI either as an assessor or as an process responsible person. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good at business documentation writing. Good people skills in interviewing developers and training others on processes. Preferred qualification as a plus: Experiences as a quality assurance responsible person for any automotive project. Proficiency in using MS Project for project planning. Certification of PMP, Lean, Six-Sigma, SPICE or CMMI. Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Similar Special Skills Required: Licenses, certifications, registrations, travel requirements No travel.
