It is required these services be performed by a vendor/technician who is an IBM Partner with IBM FileNet ValueNet® certification. While DEED has a FileNet technical support team in-house, they will look to the selected vendor to partner with them and function in a consultative manner as an expert in FileNet, and to provide technical support and advise on best practices for maintenance and upgrades to the FileNet installations for Unemployment Insurance.
