Short Description:
EM will assess NJ TRANSITs network and systems in light of PCI DSS, identify gaps, and prepare NJ TRANSITs remediation plan. EM is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency who will manage the entire effort from start to finish.
Complete Description:
NJ Transit is a Level 2 Merchant subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). NJ TRANSIT processes credit card transactions on over 700 ticket vending machines (TVMs) and ticket office machines (TOMs) at stations and terminal throughout the State and via a tickets-by-mail program with subscriptions entered through the corporate website. The Information Security Consultant will work with NJ TRANSITs IT staff to complete the latest Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and develop NJ TRANSITs remediation plan. The assessment and remediation plan will need to address all relevant components of the corporate technology environment.

During this engagement, the engagement manager will:

--Review the cardholder data environment
--Determine the relevant components of the network subject to the PCI standards
--Identify gaps in compliance
--Recommend policies, procedures, and controls to meet the requirements
--Prepare the remediation plan

EM3 -

Years of Relevant Experience: 7 plus years

Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

Role Description:
All roles specified in EM 1 & 2 plus:
Accountable for activities with excess delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months."
