Short Description:
The ISS is responsible for developing an IT Contingency Plan for the Division of Unemployment Insurance. The plan must be compliant with both NIST and the funding source (US DOL) requirements.
Complete Description:
ISS2-

Years of Experience: 5 plus year

Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

All roles specified in ISS1 plus the following:
Identify and track issues, risks, and action items.
Document information security policies, standards, and procedures. Document computer security and emergency measures policies, procedures, and tests.
Confer with users to discuss issues such as computer data access needs, security violations, and programming changes.
Train users and promote security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network efficiency.
