Candidates must have exceptional oral and written communications and customer service skills. - Experience with telephony administrator tools is helpful (i.e. Nice, CMS). - Must have experience leading the caller experience of natural language, directed dialog and DTMF Interactive Voice Response applications. - Advanced experience in all phases of caller interface design, development, and tuning.
