Under Phase 1 of this Project, Contractor shall provide systems analysis and requirements management services for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) information technology project. The Contractor shall provide systems analysis and requirements management services using ODOTs system development methodology. Systems analysis and requirements management is a dynamic process that requires coordination and tracing of all deliverables produced to make sure they are within the scope of the product being delivered. Phase 2 of this Project will be defined as Phase 1 is finalized. The current Project schedule estimates the Project to finish September of 2012. Contractor shall provide Systems Analysis Services to produce and revise the requisite Project deliverables and meet stated requirements in accordance with the SOW, Delivery Schedule, and Agency standards. Contractor shall coordinate all Work with Agencys Project Manager (APM). While performing Work pursuant to this WOC, the Contractor shall consult with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the objectives and system requirements are met. Contractor shall provide systems analysis services using ODOTs system development and requirements management methodology. The scope of services includes, but may not be limited to, the following activities: * Finalizing business and system requirements. * Developing alternative solution analysis including costing models, risk analysis and benefits. * Assisting with the development of a Software and Services Request for Proposal. * Providing input in configuration activities for a package product. * Developing test and training material. * Developing data conversion plans.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
