He/she will assist SCEIS project manager and project team with the SAP system implementation at SC Department of Transportation and processes related to the FHWA billing include subject matter support of the FHWA certification audit process. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Access / participate in the preparation for the FHWA Billing certification audit • Prepare state staff for audit process simulation • Support the actual certification process • Assess project risks based on best practice project experiences • Provide suggestion/recommendations of SAP deployment to State project leadership to in order to mitigate risks and control issues • Provide planning services for projecting future impacts REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • Prior experience supporting DOT FHWA Billing Certification, Audit and Demonstration • 10 years of SAP Financials experience • Experience with multiple full cycle SAP state/public sector rollouts • Excellent written and oral communication skill   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
