Consults with clients to recommend client data and Acxioms marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data. Drives best practices in execution and analysis of decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Decision Support Analyst is responsible "owns" has internal expertise in the following processes: Assists clients with business solution definition through campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes Audits post-production changes to ensure service level agreement compliance Manages and executes multiple Level 4 and Level 5 (level indicates greater complexity) campaigns of various types, which may include, but is not limited to, the review of campaign specifications, working with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client deliverables and dynamic campaign execution Manages, executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness Considered internal expert in designed component / campaign processes associated with Acxiom Executed Campaign, Custom Client Reports and complex Datamart Build services such as the Data Mart build process, reporting and analytics and the campaign execution process Considered internal expertise reporting processes Executes various reporting mechanisms which may include manual (non-automated) and/or complex Custom Client Report Services utilizing necessary tools; executes complex DataMart Build processes; audits, monitors and ensures SLA compliance Drives, develops, maintains and improves client relationship through increased client communications May have multiple campaign and/or reporting specialty and may be point of contact for multiple, complex client campaigns Maintains a broad understanding of Acxioms processing and product capabilities and utilizes that understanding to ensure client requirements and service levels are achieved Drives, shares and documents best practices and adoption of standard processes Drives, shares, and documents process improvements and other innovations Ensures compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through audits SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Decision Support Analyst does not have direct reports but may mentor/provide guidance to Associate Decision Support Analysts, Decision Support Analysts and other less experienced delivery associates.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
