Ability to create and customize sites and workflows using Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007, including creating master pages, content pages and cascading style sheets. Ability to identify user requirements and design, test and deploy workflows to support user requirements. Design, test, and deploy forms using Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007. Configure security at site level, with familiarity of Active Directory and site level policy management. Ability to integrate database access using a Business Data Catalog (BDC) for connecting to SQL Server databases, some Oracle. Ability to provide guidance on SharePoint best practice design and deployment. Knowledge of cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML is very desirable. General skills Highly detail oriented and accountable. Strong Windows/Office power user skills. Good core business process and analytical skills. Experience in business processing mapping is desirable. Agility with presentation, listening and summarizing, and putting forward an opinion. Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering documentation without prompting. Ability to learn rapidly and effectively.
