REQUIRED SKILLS : 1. Coordinate the necessary resource(s) to respond to critical issues impacting operational, production use of the Software; 2. Create, modify or delete user accounts within the Software in response to business needs; 3. Validate on a daily basis any Software automated processes and/or schedules have run successfully, including reviewing verification reports when available; 4. Develop and deliver ad hoc user training to Customer employees on the Software solution; 5. Design and implement Software disk groups to meet current and emergent business needs identified by Customer; 6. Schedule required downtime with business owners and other Customer professionals; 7. Create and maintain Software non-production environments for testing, training, and/or issue resolution; 8. Assist with testing of Customer disaster recovery plan; 9. Make minor modifications to preexisting solutions as approved by Customers business unit; 10. Respond to questions concerning product capabilities; 11.
