Plans, designs and authors process documentation, training materials, user guides, training materials, and related materials. 2. Converts rough draft process documentation into swim-lane diagrams and other formal process flow diagrams. 3. Writes formal process narratives to support process flow documentation based on verbal description, notes, and other supporting documentation.. 4. Studies and reviews user needs to ensure manuals adequately address them. 5. Develops formal training materials including, but not limited to user manuals, workbooks, powerpoint slides, how-to guides, quick reference guides, etc. 6. Prepares or assists in the preparation of other information sheets as required. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree in Technical Communication or a related field. Job Related Experience: *Five years of direct work experience authoring training materials, user guides, or process flow documentation for distribution within a corporate setting. *Must be able to follow general guidelines or precedent to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems, referring more complex matters to supervisor, and provide advice or analysis that may effectively influence the outcome of resource allocations or disposition. Physical Requirements: Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Excellent written communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proven effective interaction in groups of all sizes. Working knowledge of financial industry, loan origination systems (i.e. Velocity origination system) and Fiserv environment is a plus, but not required.
