This will include managing implementation schedules, maintaining project meeting minutes while working in close coordination with the Departments third party vendors project managers. Projects may include, but shall not be limited to, management of the following projects: the replacement of 911 customer premise equipment (CPE) at various PSAPs and training sites; upgrade of software at all PSAPs and training sites; upgrade or replacement of digital logging recorders (DLR) at all PSAPs and training sites; and creation of inventory management process. The project manager shall have a technical background associated with IT- based projects and some level of experience with public safety projects. As these projects will run concurrently, the project manager shall be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The selected project manager shall, at a minimum: • Serve as an liaison between the Department and its third party vendors project managers; • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plans, in consultation with the Department; • Facilitate regular communication with the Department, including weekly status reports/updates, and review the project performance against the project plans; • Facilitate weekly, or as requested by the Department, project status meetings for the duration of the engagement; • Attend all project meetings with the Department and/or its third party vendors; • Update the project plans on a weekly basis and distribute them no less than weekly for the duration of the engagement; • Provide electronic copies of all deliverables developed under this SOW as created and/or updated; • Create an inventory management process to track, disassemble, test, and inventory recovered equipment to be used for maintenance purposes; such process shall be created jointly with the Department and its third party vendor performing upgrade and refresh work; • Provide all documents, files and other paperwork completed as part of this project in electronic form for archival on the Departments shared server; • Appropriately sort and file all paper documents in the Municipal files or archive according to the Deputy Executive Directors direction.
