Safety training and education are an integral element of safety. Its Loss Control provides many training resources that employers can utilize to train employees at no additional cost. Resources include the Learning Management System (LMS) and OSHA 10/30 Online Training Program. It is seeking vendors to increase awareness and promotion of Its safety services and programs. The Request for Information (RFI) is issued by client, the government agency that administers workers compensation insurance for the state of North Dakota. client is seeking information from vendors capable of providing, in whole or in part, methods to increase awareness and promotion of workplace safety, as well as clients safety services and programs. Vendors should demonstrate the strategies to promote these safety programs using all media and promotional materials available including but not limited to print, radio, TV, and social media. The information will be used for a possible future competitive solicitation for the identified areas. Responses to this RFI could be used by client for the purpose of completing its feasibility and cost benefit analysis. Responders will not be held to price estimates provided as part of the RFI should client later decide to issue a request for proposals (RFP). This RFI does not constitute an invitation for bid (IFB), request for proposal (RFP), or request for quotation (RFQ), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by client. It will review all responses received.
