Client is requesting the use of a Business Analyst/Developer with specific skills consistent with the set of tools and products currently used by the department for FY21 to work on the continuation of Real ID Readiness Projects. Delays due to COVID-19 pandemic are pushing out our progress from FY20 to FY21. Faced with the quick community spread of COVID-19, many of these initiatives have been delayed. It has been operating under tight deadlines and competing priorities, and the sudden emergence of the COVID-19 virus has exasperated an already difficult situation. At the heart of this initiatives are the core IT systems that support internal business processes and public-facing services, both over-the-counter as well as on-line. The COVID-19 virus has forced the agency to transition more agency services to on-line services due to office closures, which has had a grave impact on meeting Federally mandated guidelines. It has been working diligently to transition to a new architecture and foundation for multiple prioritized projects and a seasoned professional is critically needed to facilitate the planning process, adhere to It architecture standards, and reduce the risk with overall implementation schedule. They are expected to facilitate planning sessions, participate in project management best practice meetings, apply methods to the project for effective project management improvements, manage multiple advanced project plans, provide necessary assistance with effective reporting to internal and external stakeholders including look ahead reports, critical reports and various project plan reporting. They are also expected to follow it preferred agile methodology for development and implementation while also using the SCRUM framework, manage resource tasks in Team Foundation Server (TFS) and keep all updated project documentation current in SharePoint used for state resource transition. it is committed to prioritizing top initiatives while meeting citizens expectations for agency services, as well as, to continue to provide more on on-line services.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
