Review and provide feedback on relevant HST plans, such as contracts, metrics, etc. Drive agreement on, and provide design of, an overall technical architecture / plan for the HST information flow and the system capabilities required, identifying systems to re-use and quantifying system gaps Identify changes that will have to be made to the existing IT infrastructure Specify any system components needed to fill gaps Document implementation and system transition plans for the proposed HST IT systems in support of the new policies and procedures Requirements: Need to know contract details and related processes, metric requirements, definition of outcome and encounter and any other (quality, etc.) data to be collected, managed, and reported on Need to know which provider and / or CCO requirements we should address   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
