Description :

TRAINING DEVELOPMENT resource experienced with Oracle HCM (Payroll) -

Client is recruiting for a 1 year contract resource in Pittsburgh PA. Immediate opening.

*** This is a position to DEVELOP the HCM Payroll TRAINING MATERIALS, but not to do the actual instructing / training ***

*** If you have not developed training materials - you are not a best fit for this opportunity ***

PROJECT:
Support the global implementation of the clients Oracle eBusiness Suite through design and development of Oracle HCM Payroll focused materials/ classes.

DELIVERABLES:
* research, develop, and execute training and communications requirements
* gather stakeholder requirements (including executive level, developers, end users, etc)
* engage the Super Users in the training and performance support materials quality review sessions
* effectively develop different repositories of relevant information (CBT, user guides, simulations, etc)

REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years TECHNICAL TRAINING DEVELOPMENT(materials, classess, communications)
* Strong and effective communication skills
* MUST HAVE Oracle HCM track understanding/ experience
* Knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management, vendor contracts, receiving, and requisitioning of services, goods, and materials - highly preferred
