Client: Selective Service System

Description:

The Selective Service System is seeking programmer(s) to enhance and or modify the current website with work completed no later than 90 days after award. Additionally, support is required to be provided after work is completed for 60 days after delivery for troubleshooting and or corrections

The contractor shall provide programmer(s) to enhance and or modify the current website with work completed no later than 90 days after award. Additionally, support is required to be provided after work is completed for 60 days after delivery for troubleshooting and or corrections.

The contractors work/ deliverables shall comply with all applicable provisions of the standards issued by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) (https://www.access-board.gov/) to ensure the accessible use of Federal electronic and information technology.

4.2 Specific Requirements

1. Provide recommendations and or solutions for the website to provide uninterrupted access to users across the United States and its Territories.
2. Program the current website to be universally compatible with all personal computer platforms and mobile devices to include the latest internet browsers versions including but not limited to Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Explore, Apple Safari, and Google Chrome.
3. Create programming that gives the website the ability to test the connecting devises supportability. Below is an example only.

4. Create the ability for an individual user to create an account with an e-mail address as the username and a password that is compliant with government standards.
5. Create account validation and verification between the website and a separate standalone system.
6. Create the ability for information sharing between the website and a separate standalone system.
