In this role, you will work closely with various departments to monitor, track, and manage software licenses across the organization. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing software usage, while also contributing to cost-saving initiatives. • License Compliance Oversight: Monitor software usage and licenses across the organization to ensure compliance with licensing agreements, copyright laws, and relevant regulations. • License Auditing: Plan, conduct, and oversee regular software license audits to verify compliance and identify potential licensing gaps or discrepancies. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of software licenses, agreements, and usage. Generate regular reports and summaries for management and relevant stakeholders. • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to software licensing non-compliance.
