Period of Performance This position is anticipated to be a 4-month position with a start date of February 25, 2019 through June 14, 2019. d. Work Requirements Specific responsibilities will include: • Contractor shall work with OSPI business staff to define functional and non-functional business requirements. • Contractor shall work on-site at OSPI unless given permission to work off-site by the OSPI Contract Manager. • Contractor shall be provided with necessary connectivity to complete the assigned deliverables while working on-site. • Contractor will be required to attend daily and/or weekly meetings e. Deliverables The following items will be required of the Business Analyst: • Confidentiality Statements • Documentation of current business and technical requirements separated by needs and wants. • Mapping of and documentation of business processes that currently exist in the iGrants system. • Mapping of and documentation of any current business processes that the Program areas would like to build into the iGrants system. • Documentation of use cases for the potential iGrants redesign. • Draft scope of work for a potential iGrants redesign project f. Acceptance Criteria Deliverable Expectation Documents (DED), templates, or system entry will accompany each deliverable and the work will be accepted when the documents meet the format and content requirements of the Project Management Office and/or the EGAD staff for consideration and approval.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
