Must be security aware • Good knowledge of SAP change and release management • Knowledge of Solution Manager to perform monitoring of SAP systems, Root Cause Analysis, Early watch reports and achieve optimal performance • Work with various teams including technical and/or functional team to troubleshoot specific application errors, problems, and performance issues • Use of SAP OSS system to look for solutions to problems and escalate to SAP when required • Perform system copies of production systems to test systems • Identify and implement system parameter or configuration changes as needed • On call support to provide 24x7x365 response to critical system issues • Ready to work weekends.
