The purpose of this Business Systems Consultant position is to deliver standardized services around the Ab Initio DQE (Data Quality Environment) platform. The resource in this role will reinforce standards and best practices, deliver support per service levels, provide training and consulting around the product, and guide partner projects. This position does not involve executing data quality. This position requires extensive understanding of metadata concepts and hands-on experience with the Ab Initio DQE platform including Express>It (previously known as ACE>BRE). Minimum Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. * 2+ years of experience working with data quality tools and processes within the Ab Initio toolset including DQE/Express>It or ACE>BRE. * 3+ years of experience in data warehousing application support or development * 3+ years of technical writing experience including business requirements documents, functional design documents, user guides, and other communications * Demonstrated relationship management ability with a medium-sized business unit or multiple, large internal technology groups * Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, including creation of presentation material Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Financial Services or Banking Industry * Ab Initio Metadata Hub experience Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
