Job Description Analyst: PeopleSoft Benefits Admin Functional Consulting, Open Enrollment, ACA, Affordable Care Act SDLC Employee Self S

*Description:
Scope:
The Client requires a Senior PeopleSoft Benefits Administration expert with deep functional configuration and union knowledge to analyze the King Countys Benefits Administration environment and implement improvement initiatives.

*Required Skills:
*At least five (5) years work experience in PeopleSofts Benefits Administration – including Benefits Administration Configurations, Event Maintenance processing, Open Enrollment processing, Benefits Employee Self-Service
*Experience in the SDLC process.
*Good oral and written skills to facilitate requirements gathering, training and knowledge transfers.
*Experience in the technical aspects of Benefits Administration.
*Current in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements
