Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills. Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software. Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills. Experience and demonstrated presentation skills. Knowledge of legal ramifications/conflicts in Customer Relations environment such as consumer rights and manufacturers warranty responsibility.
