Builds networks and maintains external and internal web presence, administers the networks. Performs system backups on its internal and external web network servers. Network Administrator with approximately 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. The position will assist with day to day telecommunications operations/tasks within DNRs telecommunications group. Primary job responsibilities include: • Process/coordinate landline and wireless service/equipment service requests. • Diagnose/triage/resolve trouble tickets. • Create/maintain accurate service orders, inventory/billing records, and documentation. • Leverage technical knowledge and expertise to analyze, recommend, and implement services, systems and equipment. • Perform billing/inventory audits. • Create, run and/or maintain various reports including inventory, usage, traffic, call center reports. • Review and analyze reports, bills and services/service plans. • Provide assistance and/or perform other tasks if/as needed for the DNR telecommunication program.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
