The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. 1. Knowledgeable of Oracle User Productivity Kit advanced features, such as template design, object modification, and library management. 2. Ability to write measurable learning objectives. 3. Understanding of ADDIE Instructional Design methodology. 4. Understanding of Blooms Taxonomy. 5. Ability to formulate training deliverables based on measurable learning objectives. 6. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills and experience. 7. Must have excellent oral and written skills, and possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. 8. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. 9. Must have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 10. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language. Mandatory Requirements/Time: 1. At least 5 years of experience developing courseware using the UPK tool. 2. At least 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer for technology systems. Desired Skills/Time: 1.
