MUST HAVE Automotive Dealer systems experience. The DBS product manager monitors the DBS product applications, focusing on user experience and business value: Responsible for cross team collaboration and prioritization of DBS (Dealer Business System) enhancement requests Facilitates cross team collaboration with client to elicit requirements for new features/functionality and/or large scale application changes Knowledgeable of similar DCS (Dealership Communication System) functionality and trends at other automotive OEMs Brings innovation and direction to the DBS product planning and application roadmap Advises client on current and proposed/future functionality and its impact to the overall application(s) Oversees/consults on application requirements/design, changes through the release process Works with client IS and Business to ensure application changes meet requirements Travel when required by client to sites to solicit feedback on current and/or future DBS functions. Work across internal and external client organizations and DBS end-users to align product direction with original DBS value proposition and end-user experience/expectations Create and share training aids that combine client business process and application-specific knowledge to share and transfer knowledge within Ops teams Assist/consult with production support during US times regarding application issues to increase knowledge and business impact across the support teams   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
