Description:* OVERVIEW The Creative Systems Administrator is responsible for the development, management, and operation of tools in use by the Creative Marketing Team. They will work with users of the tools to support their use and navigation around the solutions. The Admin will proactively recognize updates that will enable a more efficient operation and lead implementation as approved. It is the responsibility of the Admin to train new users and keep users current on the latest updates as well as tips and tricks to using the technology more effectively. The Admin is the point person for suggested tool enhancement and improvements and establish a process to implement enhancements as appropriate. This role also interfaces regularly with IT to ensure information flow and establish a relationship to secure input and resources as appropriate. The Admin will also interface with vendors and prepare cost and budget summaries as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain equipment-tracking database. Provide excellent customer service, training, and support of all systems Develop a system to capture regular feedback for improvement and a process to update the workflow tools based on the team feedback. Design workflows, standards, processes and set goals that will leverage the system. Dedicate time to quality improvement Assist in evaluating, integrating and testing with other Marketing related technologies to deliver process and productivity gains Partner with IT professionals to ensure systems functions properly, updates are applied and tested, and new functionalities are tested and implemented. Manage special operations assignments, which can include but are not limited to training and, project management, equipment organization Maintain relationship with tool vendors, specifically on technical support and training issues. Act as project point-of-contact for communication. Train team on proper usage and best practices of the project management systems SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED A minimum of 3 years experience working with Workfront. Experience in Workfront required Initiate knowledge of end-to end creative process from project inception through fulfillment. Ability to establish efficient process flows and design systems for effective yet efficient workflow Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software including Adobe Acrobat Proficiency in Microsoft Office Problem solving and research skills Project management skills Ability to work under pressure and to work on multiple projects concurrently Excellent organizational and communication skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic Willingness to be flexible and respond to quickly changing priorities EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 3 years experience working with Workfront technologies. Broad knowledge of workflow tools and project management systems used by creative teams in corporate organizations. Solid technology background, including Microsoft Office Suite software, and familiarity with trends in project management and workflow automation software.
