Project Purpose and Objective This request and project will provide three unique services and deliverables for the Child Support application. Application Development service will address some User experience improvements with the online screens. Proof of concept proposal for local and central printing to streamline the template maintenance and printing process. Case worker survey and research will provide input on caser worker behaviors and needs for modernizing the User Interface and experience. b. Background The Department of Human Services - Child Support Enforcement Service has completed a refactoring of their application from Mainframe platform to a distributed service, using an AWS Cloud platform. With refactoring, some basic functions within the online screens, and printing have been identified by the field for improvement. Additionally, to continue with modernizing the User experience and interface, a comprehensive survey of case worker experience and needs is required as input for the next phase of system enhancements. 2. Scope of Work & Deliverables a. Services Required 1. Application Development – Enhancements to Online Screens and functions: i. Add Logout Button to all TCSES screens ii. Add a button to allow the user to download the data on the screen to Excel on all the applicable screens iii. Add a drop down for permitted values on all the applicable screens iv. Add a calendar icon for date entry fields on all the applicable screens v. Add pagination on all the applicable screens Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Template 2. Proof of Concept for PC and Central Printing using Adobe Experience Manager AEM. i. Existing DEV AEM instance being used for the EBMS project will be used for this effort ii. Convert 2 existing forms and demonstrate the Template creation and final printing process. iii. Update TCSES online and batch code to call AEM services to generate PDFs. 3. CS Field Worker Survey and Research – User Interface and User Experience. i. Conduct stakeholder interviews, worker research to understand current user experience, challenges, opportunities, and access capabilities ii. Augment established Child Support worker research with findings in Tennessee iii. Propose and Develop 5 Mockup screens based on field interviews and heuristic evaluation iv. Define the Key Services needed for proposed screen conversion v. Deliver a Design Roadmap vi.
