The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSIs focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.

Wells Fargos Customer Experience Design group is looking for an experienced Interaction Designer to work as part of team focused on creating web-based interface solutions for complex financial applications. You will work with internal business proponents, technical stakeholders and other members of our front-end production team to create IA diagrams, wire frames, mockups and prototypes of web application designs.

We are seeking an Interaction Designer with 5+ years of interaction design experience with web-based applications. You will participate in requirements development and planning and must have experience translating business requirements into intuitive application interface solutions. You will attend meetings with project teams, provide feedback on business requirements, present information architecture and interface design deliverables, communicate best practices to project stakeholders, and work very quickly.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the definition and creation of complex industry-leading user experience solutions
Ensures user experience outputs are usable and compliant with accessibility, user experience and implementation standards; implements best practices and guides Customer Experience Design efforts
Demonstrates ability to work effectively across relevant units and with company leaders
Provides product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams
Leads Interaction Design (application maps, user flows, prototypes and branded wire frames), specifications based on a synthesis of defined business goals, documented product requirements, user needs, and technical considerations
Create and extend LOB-developed tools and training; lead related communications and partner outreach as appropriate
Participate, and lead as situation warrants, in user research/usability testing

Portfolio/work samples required for consideration

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
