The Test Engineer/Lead serves a key role in validating the quality of all project deliverables and code supporting Enterprise projects. The lead must have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, and experience developing and executing tests covering multiple types of testing. They will have experience working on multiple large enterprise and Agile product development efforts. QA Skills & Experience **Hands on experience working with Project or Business Teams to review business requirements and use cases, providing feedback to improve product completeness, quality and testability **Experience working in an Agile/Sprint release planning environment including depth of understanding of providing impact analysis on testing as Sprint and releases are introduced to the Integration environment by gauging overall quality and code coverage **Understands automated build processes/practices and code management techniques **Experience working in Agile pods or Scrum teams, within the confines of iteration based ALM and SDLC practices, as well as deep experience in Agile development. **Experience implementing and customizing common commercial and open source tool suites (Rational, IBM, HP ALM, TFS, TestLink) required **Experience in ETL, IBM Data Stage, Cognos, BI reporting with Oracle/Java back-end components is mandatory **Ability to work with developers in their testing capabilities UNIT TESTING run unit tests, write if need be can they read the unit tests and establish code coverage while working hand in hand with developers **Distributed testing and development **Integration Testing **Solid/sound knowledge of JAVA NOT development but just experience and knowledge as it relates to testing **Ability to explain what test plans were created and WHY **MUST be able to speak to how they Represent the user what steps are taken to learn about the user in order to build the test cases **MUST have Full system exposure system wide activity - Integration testing across systems usage flows check how one program integrates with the other **Excellent communication skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
