Detailed JD:
1. Experience in Retail ECommerce Domain
2. Should have led mid size teams (4 to 15) in both onshore & offshore.
3. Should have exposure in Oracle ATG (BCC, Endeca) and Manhattan OMS - User Interfaces.
4. Should have working experience in Client ALM, Client Quality Center, SQL queries.
5. Very strong in communication and interpersonal skills
6. Should have self-drive to identify process improvements and strong negotiation skill to implement the changes from QA front
7. Strong experience in Onsite/Offshore working model, team player & be flexible.
8. Should be able to create Test Starategy, Test Plans, review of business Use Cases and End to End Scenarios.
9. Should have working knowledge of UI testing. Knowledge of Package testing is a plus.
10. Should work with Business and contribute for Business scenarios/Use Cases for Functional and Non Functional scenarios.
11. Should guide Testing team in creating end to end Test scenarios and SIT test scenarios and defect triage.
12. Should coordinate with multiple stakeholders during entire phase of the project.
