This position is a combination of Product Management, Implementation, Strategy, Analysis, Competitive Research, and Partnership. You will work directly with other product managers, designers and other members of the Product Management team to develop and implement recommendations to meet the Digital Sales & Service (DSS) teams strategic objectives. Overview: A first role for this individual would be to understand why we must manually process digital deposits product applications and research/propose/implement/track solutions to automate that fulfillment. This will help us with scalability as digital channel account opening continues to grow. We are looking for someone with a digital product management background, with skill sets that would enable them to analyze the current state account opening process – map processes, understand processes, and recommend solutions – both process changes and technical solutions. So, comfortable with analytics, process work, and designing automation solutions that involve technology. Required: 5+ years of product management experience, product development experience, or a combination of both Strengths in analytics, process work, and designing automation solutions that involve technology Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge and understanding of internet, mobile, and tablet technology Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner Preferred: Deposit digital account open experience Knowledge and understanding of deposits (consumer and business DDA and debits card) products, policies, and procedures Wells Fargo experience a plus EEO Employer Apex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
