API Health Care Experience Will Be A Benefit Good Oral And Written Communication Sk   Requirement id 92893 Job title Architect Job location in Pleasanton, CA Skills required Agile Project Management, API, Agile Methodologies, Health Care Experience Will Be A Benefit Open Date 23-May-2019 Close Date Job type Not specified Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Architect: Agile Project Management, API, Agile Methodologies, Health Care Experience Will Be A Benefit Description: This position will be responsible for defining consumable and actionable technical product roadmap and strategy for exposing Health Care APIs to the external affiliates, consumers and partners BA/BS or equivalent experience managing software products (10+ years) **Responsibilities ** • Collaborate with customers, development teams, physicians, clinicians, consultants, marketing teams to understand their requirements and priorities • Manage a suite of APIs currently supporting both internal and external partners • Design and develop a requirement for our cross-functional engineering, data, & technical design team • Create, manage, prioritize and advocate for your teams backlog based on current and future value • Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities • Proactively gather ongoing needs from various internal and external stakeholders, including other engineering management, product managers, marketing/sales/accounts and more • Work with partners, customers, and third parties to guide their technical strategy by integration with our APIs for their products • Create, manage, prioritize and advocate for your teams backlog based on current and future value • Mentor and lead other product managers, business analysts and team members • Work closely with the development organization through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery • Manage education and adoption of platform features by internal development teams • Define a product roadmap and determine requirements for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture, and business needs • Customer Engagement lead technical discussions with customers; assist Support on key customer & consultant issues to improve total customer experience; present at user conferences as a product expert Qualifications • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment • Demonstrate the ability to negotiate, influence decision-making the right way, with compassion, context, transparency and resolve issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including formal presentations and the facilitation of group planning sessions • Demonstrate the ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and obtain resources needed to move initiatives forward. • Demonstrate the ability to synthesize findings, prepare reports, create executive level documents and recommend solutions. • You Are technically savvy and crave the change to own and develop a key product line that delivers critical value to our customers and millions of healthcare consumers • Have a proven record of creating successful technology products and can show concrete examples of your experience managing complex products (preferably in healthcare) through a product development lifecycle • Have the ability to think outside the box and clearly articulate requirements and prioritize requests • Have experience with Agile methodologies and product management best practices • Have worked in an enterprise Healthcare organization and have a proven ability to coordinate the delivery of new features across multiple squads/scrum teams • Have an understanding of changing the industry, market, consumer habits and can develop business cases to build the product to meet organization vision, mission and strategy. • Have a strong understanding of development concepts and processes, and industry best practices for APIs • Have experience with integration technologies, platforms, and tools • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel. • Demonstrate the ability to develop and lead cross-divisional processes and clearly articulate comp   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
