We need someone with white and gray box testing skills, attention to detail, combined with strong analytical capabilities to develop and execute test scenarios. Highlights of Responsibilities: • Analyze requirements and user stories for middleware impact • Detailed test design with no touch automation in mind • Traceability of test coverage to requirements • Participate in test walkthroughs • In-depth analysis of test failures • Report and track defects and test progress Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or higher (Countries with English as the primary language with a preference for Computer Science degrees, open to BA degrees at your discretion) • U.S. Citizen or eligible for conversion without sponsorship • 4+ years of web service/API/middleware (SOAP XML preferred) testing in a complex technical environment • 4+ years in test case design and execution • 4+ years integration testing • 3+ years WebSphere Message Broker and Message Queue testing • 3+ years writing medium complexity SQL scripts • 3+ years of requirements analysis • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills • Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple simultaneous complex projects and releases • Experience with Lisa/DevTest, ReadyAPI, or Rational Integration Tester • Self-motivated and directed. Able to operate without daily instructions • Good understanding of XML, SOAP, MQ, WSDL, XSD, SQL, SOA • Waterfall and Agile methodologies Desired Qualifications • 4+ years of Java or C++ (This doesnt mean basic Java used for Selenium implementation) with a strong understanding of object oriented programming concepts • Experience with service virtualization • Experience with Unix and ALM   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
