Responsibilities also include user coordination, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, installation, project tracking, development and testing of tactical enhancements related to the HP ALM implementation. ALM Skills Required: * Project/Workflow Customization * User Administration * Patch Installation/test/deployment * Experience working with ALM & SiteAdmin API * Experience in support for ALM users and ability to debug issues using SysInternals tools * Ability to develop advanced reports in ALM via the Dashboard module * Abilitity to Manage/develop third party integration with ALM (e.g. SharePoint, REST) * Ability to create technical and user documentation for enhancements and upgrades surrounding the HP ALM application Technical capabilities required are SQL (preferably Oracle experience), VB.NET and C# along with experience supporting web servers (JBOSS and IIS). Experience with Windows 2003/2008 server applications. VMWare experience would be helpful.
