Also must have the capability to optimize the same. • ASP – anything from “classic asp” up • DataCap • Image processing • Javascript • IBM-FileNet • Advanced FileNet Java ++ • Mtom Services • WCF services • Oracle • SQL • R-Man • Database Performance Tuning This shall include but not be limited to three prior verifiable successful engagements and 5 years of experience in relation to the above skills. Additional preference will be given to contractors with previous government experience. Vendor should be aware that Suffolk County may search government databases (PPIRS and/or FAPIIS) for information regarding vendor past performance with other government agencies. Suffolk County may also submit a performance review of the awarded vendor after the project has been completed. Award Criteria The Award Criteria will be evaluated based upon two areas of information submitted by the proposer. They are: 1. The proposers technical expertise, which consists of deep, demonstrated technical experience, and capabilities offered by the proposer; and each qualification must be directly mapped to specific resume deliverables depicted on the resume(s) 2. The cost proposal and fee schedule submitted for the specific requirements as defined. Technical Expertise will account for 75% of the overall weighted rating and cost will be the remaining 25%. The general qualifications of the proposers history, expertise, experience, reliability, financial viability and reference, which will include both past and present experience, performance and qualifications will also be considered. Price will be evaluated based upon a fair and reasonable assessment of the submission of the proposers proposal.
