The focus of the role is building the user interface for the on premise licensing solution that spans across all of Ciscos products. You will work with Angular 8 and Google Materials to craft the front end of the smart licensing solution in an Agile development environment. You will be the UI engineer on a scrum team with backend developers and QA engineers working together to deliver feature functionality. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Be adaptive to last minute changes to the requirements and architecture and work flow Be part of a fast pace project Be part of an extended Agile Scrum Team: Attend daily stand-up meetings, attend iteration planning meetings Be part of a close team and pair-code as needed Work closely with QA to address issues identified quickly Work on assigned user stories and defects Understand test specs and be able to fix issues Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality features and fixes on schedule Good communication skills and ability to document work Independent and ambitious BS or higher in Computer Science or Related Field Who Youll Work With The Engineering Licensing Office at Cisco perform centralized development of a new Cloud-Based Software Licensing Platform, licensing libraries, APIs, and policies. You have the capacity to pick up defects, identify, and resolve problems at the System Level.
