Candidate must be your W2 Employee. Job Description : Responsibilities: Be the subject matter expert on APM and provide technical leadership to the organization. Working with members of the infrastructure and development teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet monitoring needs of new and existing products and services Install, upgrade, and administrate Application performance management tools - CA APM, including setup and maintenance. Build automated APM solutions that can be consumed via a self-serviceable manner Work with Development and Infrastructure teams to identify the root cause of breakdowns and maintain system performance Work incidents/requests/problems/changes related to APM Infrastructure Train operational, performance, and development team members on best practices on configuring and using monitoring tools Clearly articulate and demonstrate product capabilities to application and systems teams Create and maintain core engineering documentation and “how-to” documents Create problem cases with CA and work with vendor on resolutions. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 5-8 years of relevant experience, with using monitoring tools, predominantly with CA APM. Also includes experience with Java application servers and frameworks such as WebSphere, Tomcat, Springboot. Experience with Application Performance Management (APM) deployment models with proven ability to define, articulate, and influence processes/approaches that conform to best practices. Experience with CA APM, including; Administrating, configuring, and preforming maintenances on APM clusters Agent installation and configuration for Java, and Dot Net on Linux and Windows, Creating and configuring management modules including alerting, Administration and configuring CA APM Team Center Strong communication, technical and analytical skills Scripting skills in UNIX shell Ability to troubleshoot UNIX and Windows system issues Flexibility to work any shift or day of the week, including holidays   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
