The CIE will be providing Administrative and Functional oversight of the initiative with ORED providing Project Sponsorship and Governance. The goal of the Contracts and Grants Initiative is to improve the service delivery of all phases of Contracts and Grants management across the institution. The project, an Operational Excellence type of initiative, will leverage existing technology platforms and will look to optimize administative operations to provide excellent service to the academic community. The majority of the work will be spent discovering and redesining business processes and working with leadership to adjust functional roles accordingly. The ability to coolly manage, drive, and deliver multiple projects is a requirement. May work remotely one day per week.
