Provide functional analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation for new systems or enhancement to existing systems. Support and provide troubleshooting for and resolution of system problems Work effectively with account programmer analysts Provide feedback to IT and business management of issues and progress. Provides guidance to other team members relating to areas across the application Provides design specification for application projects Ensures compliance with IT processes and standards to achieve quality deliverables Demonstrates conceptual understanding of business processes and procedures SKILLS REQUIRED : 5-7 years solid AS/400 (iSeries) development experience. (RPG,RPGLE, ILE, CL) 2-3 years Expertise in web services on the AS 400 Experience with SOA Architecture Experience with Middleware, MQ, Web Methods, ESB is required. Experience in SEQUEL is required Experience with Aplus (MAX) application is desirable. Experience with IMS 21 is desirable Experience with Hawkeye is desirable Experience with change management software helpful Implementer Preferred Others Experience in Agile methodology Strong written and oral communication skills.
