Contractors must not submit a response with the following: • Resource(s) convicted of a felony • Convicted of a misdemeanor sex crime • Crime of deceit • Two (2) or more misdemeanor DUI offenses within five (5) years preceding this PSO • Any misdemeanor offense within two (2) years preceding this PSO Scope: It wants to simplify and streamline application integrations by leveraging the Azure API Management Solution to provide a formal way of creating, securing, testing, monitoring, managing, and optimizing system integrations with on premise and cloud based applications. It seeks the services of a skilled Software Architect (SA), to assist in completing the design and implementation of several integrations throughout this project. These applications are a mix of On-Premise, COTS and custom developed products as well as Cloud/SaaS products. Several systems have existing REST APIs, however several do not, but are capable of being extended. The individual selected will work closely with the ITD Project Team and others within ITD to ensure technical requirements and solution architecture are aligned with business needs and in accordance with established ITD standards and practices. The individual will work under the direction of ITDs PMO Office to create and deliver a range of high quality solutions utilizing the Azure API Management Solution. Agency Expected Deliverables: At minimum, the expected deliverables for the project includes those identified below, but are subject to change pending project or business requests. Project Expectations: 1. Participate and contribute to weekly project update meetings 2. Framework deliverables using agile methodologies 3. Design, develop, test and deploy solutions utilizing Azure API Management 4. Deliver and present Proof of Concepts (POC) 5. Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer (e.g. data models, logic, configurations, and setup) Design : 1. Identify consumer needs 2. Design technical contracts 3. Select API implementation approaches 4. Define API life cycle 5. Document solution and detailed design. Development: Assist the project team with the setup and configuration of a Dev/Test (Non-Production) and Production instance of the Azure API Management solution to support internal, external and hybrid integrations including the following components: 1.
