Responsibilities/Experience/Qualifications: Primary Responsibilities: Work directly with a team of .NET developers and end users in order to identify business objectives and implement requirements that meet client satisfaction and quality targets. Enhance existing enterprise VB.NET and ASP.NET systems by identifying areas for modification, and implementing well-developed action plans. Design, develop, and implement complex ASP.NET web forms and high throughput and large-scale RESTful web services using VB.NET and .NET Web API framework. Write and optimize complex store procedures with fast performance. Must be proficient with handling XML data. Qualifications: Minimum BS/CS with 5+ years of hands-on IT experience and excellent communication skills with a strong background working directly with coworkers and end users to identify business objectives and implement requirements. Proven experience and extensive programming knowledge using VB.NET and ASP.NET, encompassing analysis, design, development, and execution of business requirements. Must be able to write well-designed, efficient, and testable code. Knowledge and experience tracing and troubleshooting front-end web applications, back-end database procedures, and complex business processes. Experience in relational database design and building and optimizing database stored procedures using PL/SQL. Excellent verbal and communication skills and an ability to participate in and drive business requirement gathering session with end-user groups and stakeholders.
