Analyze, develop, test, customize, and install components for the Ascend project. Components incorporate .NET Framework, Angular, APIs. Perform specialized consulting support for application development staff. Work with the network support staff to install and configure application servers and other hardware, software, and networking issues. Work with DBAs to configure database schemas. Thoroughly test operations of completed software components, including interaction with other components and/or systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. 10+ years programming experience with a diverse set of technologies. Experience with integrating components using multiple technologies. Recent programming experience and expert knowledge of .NET Framework 4.5 or above. Expert knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular Working knowledge of Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL Server, Git. Working knowledge of REST APIs. Knowledge of distributed architectures, design patterns, best practices, experience conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototyping and building reference models Exposure to formal release management processes. Experience in working in a team environment under source control. Experience with QA and application testing and acceptance. Demonstrated working experience in providing production support and problem solving for objected oriented Web applications. Clear oral and written communication skills; analytical thinking/logical reasoning; problem recognition and resolution skills; ability to follow detailed procedures; ability to work in a peer-based environment; strong interpersonal skills; team player.
