Description:
Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.

Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code.
Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production.
Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides.
Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff.
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan. Overview of what we need: We are in need of a Technical jack of all trades.
This candidate will assist with setting up and configuring our applications on new infrastructure.
Main focus will be on custom developed applications along with vendor tools listed below.
The candidatewill work on a robust Agile/SCRUM team that follows a three (3) week Sprint cycle. We are NOT looking for a Network and/or System Administrator or someone that is focused on Operating System and/or Middleware systems configuration. Our Operating System and Middleware Technicians take care of that on the servers.
Additional qualifications are: * 10+ years of C#, T-SQL application development and implementation experience as a full-stack developer. * Excellent knowledge of .NET and MVC framework is required. * Experience with Autosys jobs and dependencies for automation and as job scheduler in a scripted/automated environment. * Experience with IBM Connect Direct (NDM) script development and implementation. * Experience working with Vormetric application to implement file-level encryption including encryption best practices. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Experience with Technology software updates/refreshes including migration, configuration, systems testing and integration. * Adept at troubleshooting new application implementations * Ability to work independently with direction from team lead * Excellent documentation skills to document implementation for repeatability * Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
