This portal will enable the Corporate Help Desk to pull data from Active Directory (AD), allow for customization of dynamic reporting, and administer the directory to flow through AD for all of Wells Fargo. It will be similar to Microsoft Management console but in a web browser. Day-To-Day: Work with users to elicit requirements, create stories, design, plan, develop, and test.
