The Senior .NET Developer will provide a key role and be part of an agile development team, building enterprise grade software systems using the .NET development stack and AWS cloud platform. Responsibilities/Experience/Qualifications: Primary Responsibilities • Work on all aspects of software development life cycle following agile methodologies. • Work with business analyst and users to gather requirements, perform analysis, design, application implementation, testing and assist in deployment. • Lead in design and development of cloud-based enterprise RESTful web services using Microsoft .NET frameworks, ASP.NET, VB.NET and associated technologies. • Work with cloud base services using Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services platforms. • Design and develop relational databases in Oracle. • Write complex store procedures with fast performance. Must be proficient with handling XML data, including validation and transformation. • Excellent verbal and communication skills. Qualifications • Minimum BS/CS with 7+ years of hands-on experience. • Thorough understanding of structured design methodology, prototyping, client server/object-oriented programming techniques • Relational data modelling skills and expertise with ORACLE RDBMS • Proven experience and extensive knowledge in design, development and implementation of high throughput and large-scale RESTful web services using VB.NET and .NET Web API framework. • Minimum of 2 years of .NET Web API web services. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud services. • Very strong with .NET and ASP.NET framework. Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent problem solving skills and a willingness to work both in a team and alone • Expertise in relational database design and building database stored procedures using PL-SQL.
