The database was originally created to replace a mainframe application. The system has one main form, SF 254: Architect- Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire, and 18 additional evaluation forms, each with a unique set of fields. The application contains search functionality by ownership type, state, Missouri locations, name changes, city, author, and company. Due to Mo DOTs transition from Lotus Notes Domino to Microsoft Exchange, the Design Consultants Application must be rewritten using ASP.NET MVC 4 (C#) framework. Internal Information Systems resources will be used in conjunction with the consultant for data conversion and evaluation form design on the Rewrite Design Consultants Application work effort. The project covered by this PAQ is to provide planning and analysis, design Oracle tables, create the SF 254 form and subsequent 18 additional evaluation forms, create search functionality, testing, documentation and user support Minimum skillets preferred by the individual performing the work under the resulting contract should include: Key transportation industry knowledge 3+ years experience with the following: o Visual Studio o C#.NET o ASP.NET o MVC o JavaScript o JQuery o Oracle 10/11g database server o SQL Developer, SQL, and PL\SQL.
