The position will work closely with Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and support teams across different product lines to develop cost effective and timely solutions that meet functional and performance requirements. Essential Job Functions: Assist IT application teams and business partners in the technical design and analysis of high quality solutions for healthcare applications and services while guiding enterprise strategy. Help provide technical guidance and reinforcement of relevant software development best practices, standards, and methodologies that preserve maintainability, performance, scalability, and information security. (REST, SOLID, MVC, OSAM, etc). Perform complex design and code reviews per best practices and established guidelines. Create and update roadmaps, standards, patterns, reference architecture, and other infrastructure and technical documentation as needed. Help stress test and tune applications and services regularly to enforce performance goals. Stays informed and understands current technology and industry trends, tools, and standards, Actively seeks to improve outcome and efficiency. Evaluate and prototype new concepts as needed to determine the most appropriate solution. Provide high level, prioritized implementation roadmaps to achieving business objectives Ensures adherence to all change and release management processes, and participates in ongoing process improvement activities. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related, technical field (5 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the minimum required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of bachelors degree.) Five or more years of experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Three or more years of experience of application architecture design Understanding of relational database management system (RDBMS) concepts and usage. Proficiency writing T-SQL Proven ability to design and architect large, scalable business applications. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Professional Certification or comparable accreditation (MCSD, MCSE, etc.) Experience with cloud applications/services leveraging Federated Identity Experience with Angular or Serverless Applications Experience with Xamarin and Mobile Device Management   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
